What a Power-Up Day changes.
Every team we run a day for starts in the same place: paying for AI but not yet seeing the return. Here's what changed once we pointed those licences at the work that grows the business.
DCM.
DCM had just put a few people onto paid Copilot and wanted their leadership to understand what it could really do. By the end of the day they'd built a working lead-gen tool inside it. Their CRO's confidence in using AI went from a 1 to a 6 and the rest of the room climbed with her. It landed well enough that they're widening access next.
"I will no longer feel apprehensive about using co-pilot." Tom Linay, Head of Film, DCM
"I like the explanations of the basics and the more expansive thinking about how AI can enhance our working week in more ways that aren't just efficiency-based."Davina Barker, CRO, DCM
It happens with every team.
Most people start the day unsure how to use AI, but by the end of it their confidence has roughly doubled.
"The training and strategic support provided to our company by AgentFlow was exceptional - I don't offer this feedback lightly."
"Their investment of energy in understanding our business, together with the strategic, experienced and knowledgeable way they analysed our needs was impressive. The work they delivered was absolutely on point, engaging and resonating from start to finish. But most importantly it moved the dial for us as a business. We could have learned about AI integration anywhere and from anyone claiming to be an expert, but what these guys bring and how they deliver it is tailored, smart and excellent. I certainly see this as the beginning of a collaboration not just a one off. I couldn't recommend them more highly (but anyone who wants them will have to fight me for them!)."
UKSA.
"Both Hamish and Stephen were amazing. Informative, helpful and never made anyone feel stupid for asking a question." UKSA participant
More than a licences conversation.
Plenty of clients start with the day. Some come with a bigger job - a whole piece of work they want built. A few of the things running right now:
One consultant's financial analysis, turned into a product they sell to twenty times the clients.
A research firm's competitor analysis, done in a third of the time.
Reads a restaurant's invoices off emails and WhatsApp photos, and flags when a supplier's prices creep up.
Production tools the partnerships team uses every day, saving hours a week.
This is what a day does. Here's what one looks like.
