Hub Terms
These Hub Terms apply to invited use of AgentFlow Pitch Hub and Client Hub services.
1. Authorised Business Use
- You must be authorised by your organisation or by the inviting hub owner.
- You may use hubs only for lawful business purposes and in line with applicable law.
- You must not attempt to bypass or interfere with platform security or access controls.
2. Credentials and Access Security
- Keep passwords, access codes, and secure links confidential.
- Do not share access with unauthorised individuals.
- Notify AgentFlow promptly if you suspect compromise or misuse.
3. Customer Content and Responsibility
- Customer organisations are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content they upload/share.
- Users must have rights to upload or share any content they provide.
- AgentFlow may process content to deliver service functionality and maintain security.
4. Service Changes and Availability
AgentFlow may improve, modify, or retire features over time. We may suspend access where needed for security, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
5. Limitation and Relationship to Commercial Terms
These terms supplement the commercial agreement between AgentFlow and the relevant customer organisation. If there is a conflict, the signed commercial agreement controls.
6. Governing Law
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
