- Hub usage data: login events, page interactions, document/video/proposal engagement events, message activity metadata.
- Hub content data: documents, messages, and updates uploaded/shared in a hub by authorised users.

- Provide and secure access to hub content and collaboration features.
- Operate notifications and communication workflows between staff and invited hub users.
- Provide usage visibility to authorised staff in the relevant hub/account context.
- Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and maintain service reliability and auditability.

Legal Bases (B2B Context)
Depending on context, processing is based on contract performance with business customers, legitimate interests in operating and securing a B2B platform, and legal obligations. For non-essential analytics technologies, consent is requested where required.
